Primo closed inworld

The Primo sims is closed/removed inworld for the time being due to the lack of income.

For a some time now Primo had been operating at a loss and after some time you come to a point where enough is enough. I’ll try and keep my homes and skyboxes on xstreetSL.com, so you can still purchase them if you wish. If you want to view a home inworld feel free to send me a notecard. I can’t garantee i’ll respond witin 24 hours though since im’ investing more time in RL these days. Maybe/hopefully some day Primo will floorish again inworld.

Frontier Sphere, 11 skyboxes in 1!

The Frontier Sphere is an easy to use system that lets you and up to 3 friends sit on a sphere and be taken to a height set to your preference and enjoy 11 unique skyboxes.

All 11 skyboxes are filled with highly detailed furniture and props, each skybox having its own unique and appealing theme.

Each skybox is filled with items you can interact with. To give an example. In the Forest Camp you can make it rain, play fitting natural environment sounds, turn on and off the campfire with sounds, couple menu in the tent and picnic blanket with quality animations, etc. .

Each skybox is less than 234 prims including the frontier sphere so it will fit on 1024 sqm parcels and bigger. This is the perfect solution to have a whole collection of different unique rooms on a small parcel.

The frontier sphere is also the ultimate gadget for big home owners to escape to a whole new scenery.

All furniture in each skybox is copy/ mod, so nothing prevents you from taking it out and decorating your home with it aswell!

This whole package would easily have been priced at 15 000 L$ at my normal rates, but this is a unique PERMENANT promotional item for my business.

Yuushuu House

The Yuushuu House is an ultra modern home, fully furnished with high quality furniture that fits perfectly within the design of the house.

With its original and appealing shape the house leaves a lot of space for a garden, pool, etc.

The house has 4 floors. The first floor is the living room, very spacious yet a very appealing arrangement with a large couch as center piece offering sitting space for 6 people, each cushion holding a unique pose/animation.

On the second floor we find a large bedroom with a stunning view. Behind the bed we find a walk through shower that is transparent on the inside. The shower features an original couple showering animation.

The third floor is an open floor, a terrace in the center of the house with an amazing view on both sides. Trees move in the wind as the wind blows through the center of the house.

On the final floor you find an office/boardroom with an operational power point system.
On the other half of the upper floor a marvellous animated pool table is set up, featuring cuddle and xxx animations.

As far as privacy goes, the house is equipped with NDE lockable doors and windows can be blinded by clicking them from the inside.

The Inner Circle

The Inner Circle is a unique designed modern/urban home that comes fully furnished with quality and fitting furniture. The home stands 60 meters tall with a 360 degree view.

The Inner Circle offers quality texturing to create the perfect atmosphere.

The Inner Circle has 5 rooms, all furnished. A living room, kitchen/dining room, bedroom, bathroom and hallway. Each section of the 4 main rooms has its own private garden.

All windows can be blinded with realistic fitting curtains. Lights offer the possibility to enable and disable dynamic lighting.

The furniture in The Inner Circle holds animations and/or poses. A few examples are: an animated bed, animated bath, eating animations in the kitchen, bath animation, etc

The FLW House

This appealing medium-sized home was created by me during a Frank Lloyd Wright build-off contest that lasted only 2 days.
In those 2 days I have spent at least 14 hours on this little masterpiece.

The theme we were given for this build-off was Usonian.
Since this is SL, i didn’t want to stick to the strict Usonian style, but rather build my own futuristic interpretation of the Usonian style.

I added some modern flare, though sticking to the basic Usonian materials, wich are wood, brick and concrete.

Although the judges were not convinced of my personal interpretation of the Usonian style, I did convince the public! Out of 16 homes the visitors voted this home as their favorite.

Sukai Treehouse

Primo is proud to present you its first treehouse. By combining modern design and nature i ended up making a unique home.
The treehouse is 60 meters tall and 64×64 meters wide, making it an amazing eye catcher.

The Sukai Treehouse offers 4 floors if you included the open mid section and the roof of the top floor.
On top of that there is a little gazebo on the top of the tree for those cosey romantic moments.

The Sukai Treehouse offers quality asian inspired furniture that fits perfect within the setting of the home.

The Sukai Treehouse offers 2 ways of entrance, you can either use the twirling ramp and opening the hatch at the top or use the teleporter. The hatches are easily lockable using the NDE door system. Also a realistic blinding system is installed in the treehouse.

Shinju House

The Shinju House is a modern home, fully furnished with high quality furniture that fits perfectly within the design of the house.

With its appealing shape and stunning shadow and light effects your sure to undergo a breath-taking experience every time you step inside this home.

Thanks to the original shape of the house there is still a lot of space for you to create a wonderful garden, a big swimming pool, etc. To help you get started on creating the perfect garden the trees seen on the pictures are included. The house fits on a 4096sqm parcel or larger.

The Shinju House is divided into 5 rooms.

A living room for all your get together with friends and loved ones.
A big couch holds space for 6 people with unique poses and animations.
If people are getting thirsty, just open the bottle of champagne that sits in the living room table or head over to the wine bar and serve yourself to a splendid rare wine.

When you are getting hungry the kitchen/dining room is only a footstep away from the living room. Treat yourself, friends or loved one to a (romantic) dinner.
From both the living area and the dining room you have a lovely view over the big pond that lays in front of the house.

Once you enter the hallway you have access to 3 new rooms. The first door is the first bedroom, equipped with a big animated bed and a study desk where you can work in peace.

The second door leads to the bathroom. Here you find a wonderful sculpted bath holding space for 2 persons and 2 lovely sinks.

The last room at the end of the hall is the second bedroom, also equipped with a big animated bed and a sculpted relaxation chair.

All windows in the house are blindable with realistic blinds.
The doors make use of the NDE door system and are lockable, add friends, activate pay options, and much much more.

Oceanada Villa

A beautiful mediterranean themed villa, with an endless looking pool on one side. This is a perfect retreat for couples and is just as perfect for get together with friends.

Having shadows from walls on the floor adds so much more realism to the house and make it look so much better.

Windows can be blinded with white silky curtains. You will notice that the floor shadows and floor itself change according to the transparency of the curtains. So when the curtains are fully closed you will have no more shadows on the floor as light can not get in.

The lights in the house make good use of dynamic lighting so create an even better looking living space and can be turned on and off with an easy click.

Vents rotating on the ceiling can easily be turned on or off.

Clicking the dinner table lets you chose to have an empty table or have a nice candle light dinner set out.

The shower features an animation for a single person aswell as a couple annimation that let’s you wash your partners back.
